I am working on a few Smart Lists encompassing Last Interesting Moments. Our total customers (~80,000) are being split into Engaged (Last Interesting Moment within the last 180 days but is not Unsubscribed or Opened Email), Disengaged (No Last Interesting Moment or Last Interesting Moment beyond 180 days), and Unsubscribed. The Engaged and Unsubscribed numbers both break out fine, but the Disengaged does not encompass the remaining portion of customers. Any ideas?
