I am working on a few Smart Lists encompassing Last Interesting Moments. Our total customers (~80,000) are being split into Engaged (Last Interesting Moment within the last 180 days but is not Unsubscribed or Opened Email), Disengaged (No Last Interesting Moment or Last Interesting Moment beyond 180 days), and Unsubscribed. The Engaged and Unsubscribed numbers both break out fine, but the Disengaged does not encompass the remaining portion of customers. Any ideas?
You may want to add Not Was Opened Email in 180 days or more.
Don't you want: Engaged=Last Interesting Moment in Past 180 days AND Unsubscribe=FALSE Disengaged=Last Interesting Moment IS EMPTY OR over 180 days ago AND Unsubscribed=FALSE
so I'm a little confused by the way you wrote your statement because it looks like you combined Disegnaged and Unsubscribed, but then you say they are a separate group? Why are opens involved and what do you want there?
Can be more specific about the counts of Engaged vs. Disengaged?
Sorry for the confusing wording. I think what we have written is essentially the same as what you have above, but we have:
Engaged = Had Interesting Moment in Past 180 days and Last Interesting Moment is not Unsubscribed/Opened Email Disengaged = (Had Interesting Moment before 180 days ago OR Had Interesting Moment is Empty) and Last Interesting Moment is not Unsubscribed
We have opens removed from Engaged due to our own criteria for engagement. Thanks for your help!
