Issues With GoToWebinar Sync?

Hello. We have two campaigns set up to sync with GTW. We have done this in the past successfully. However, something isn't working this time:

-The programs are synced to the proper GTW events
-There is no error shown with the API connection
-Test emais submitted show as registered inside Marketo, but do not show in the GTW account. This includes both internal addresses as well as external

One thing I notice is that the GoToWebinar events are set up as needing to approve leads, something we have not done before. I also seem to remember in the past that leads didn't sync immediately; however some of these addresses were submitted as late as 12 hours ago.

Any ideas? Something to do with the config or approval process? Small glitch in the API call?

Have you checked to make sure that the GTW isn't requiring that the leads go through approval?  There should be a checkbox on the webinar in GTW.
