I'm not the usual user of our system, and we have an URGENT customer email.
I can't get the logo to come through on preview or the sample emails.
Any suggestions.
No spaces in the image name.
It's in Design Studio, but it won't come through.

When you look in your Dev Tools » Network tab, what do you see for these images? A 404 error? 500? Show as much detail as you can about the client-side experience.
P.S. Spaces are not relevant.

Is the image loading in design studio? I've had a similar issue in the past and it was because the SSL certificate was not enabled. Do you have it enabled?
Yes, I can see it in Design Studio, however, it will not load in the preview within the email, and it will not show on the email editor or the sample that is sent.
lraganveritiv - Have you attempted to use a different image? I'm curious if you're experiencing difficulties with a specific image or if this happening with all the images.
Yes, I have used several images that were already in Design Studio, as well as uploading fresh images just to test the functionality.
We updated our domain Aug. 7. From my previous ticket, we thought we had updated the correct DNS and CNAME for Design Studio and Images to pull in, but it is not corrected.
