Issue with GTM tracking and displayed elements for forms

Hello,

let's take the following example:

http://www.talend.com/talend-big-data-sandbox

the embedded request form on this page has the following code

<div>Please fill out the following form to start the download and receive per email your license key.</div>

<form id="mktoForm_2608"></form>

Since there are no form elements embedded on the page, GTM can't process form tracking rules.

Now my big question is:

Is there a way to display form elements instead of empty placeholder?

Note: apparently the issue is also happening on this page FREE Trial of Talend Big Data Sandbox  so replacing embedded form by MKTO landing page doesn't help our issue.

What do you want to track in GTM exactly? A submit event?
