We have an engagement program that sent emails to new members this morning before new content was added. My team would like to do a resend in the stream with the right content but exclude those new members from getting a second email today.
I tried to create a program within the engagement program that included a smart campaign and smart list that excluded members of the engagement program who were delivered the emails today. However, when I go back and check the excluded names against the smart list I pulled externally the names are not present on both.
Has anyone ever had to create a work around for this and can provide some insight into best practice?
