I'm trying to get aggregate numbers (not excel files) about my customers sent to my inbox every week rather than clicking through a list of smart lists (and waiting for them to load). When I set up reports such as the number of people black listed the numbers are way off. The smart lists are the same and in reporting if I click into view qualified people they are the same but when the actual report is sent to my email the total number of customers are off. Any tips or workarounds are greatly appreciated.

What exactly are you sending yourself? The excel file attached is limited to 30 or 5000 rows.
