Which systems are you using to send the Order?
Can you be more specific? Did you check LaunchPoint?

We use SAP and have a fedex plugin. Can't seem to find something on launchpoint. We basically are looking to trigger an email send when an order has been delivered from within Marketo.

Is the Fedex plugin an SAP plugin ? If so, does this mean that the "delivered" event is posted to SAP?
Then you need to find a way to send this info back to Marketo from SAP. This means is would rely on the connection between SAP and Marketo. How is this setup ?

Sorry for the late response Greg. Yes the Fedex plugin is an SAP plugin and does mean that the "delivered" event is posted to SAP. Currently there is no connection between SAP and marketo. Any ideas?

We're currently integrating SAP data into our MS Dynamics environment. And then using our existing integration to connect to that data.

Through your set up are you able to detect for instance an SAP order is delivered event inside marketo for a person? Also how are you connecting SAP orders to a person in MS Dynamics? By email, company name, etc?

Nate, we're just integrating master client/account; and revenue data from SAP. All account-level data.
