Is there a way to subscribe to RCE reports?

Anyone know how to either subscribe to an RCE report or provide a view-only link to an RCE report? The regular revenue explorer reports don't do the trick or provide the info that I need.

Could you clarify on what you are currently doing that isn't providing the info you need?  The emailed report and Excel attachment should give you a very similar view of what you are already seeing in RCE.

Not it. The subscriptions in the normal revenue explorer are not what I'm asking about I'm asking about the Revenue Cycle Explorer. It has different and more detailed information -- stuff that the regular revenue explorer just can't reproduce.

I can export reports manually out of the RCE but that is a pain on a regular basis and with so many to send, so I was really hoping for a way to either subscribe or provide a link  to a specific report that I created for them  so that they could see the info but not have access to everyone's reports or be able to change anything .

It doesn't look like that is an available feature now for custom reports and dashboards. This idea has a lot of additional requests for improvement to RCE, but shareable URLs for is one of them: https://community.marketo.com/MarketoIdeaDetail?id=08750000000JlXOAA0

It may be worth starting a seperate idea on this request as well!

Marketo has not done the best job about being clear on definations of RCA and RCE.

So if I'm clear on what area your reffering too there is a subscription to an RCE report and there is Deep Linking to a RCE report.

In anaytics section, click on Subscriptions tab next to Analytics tab, click on new subscription and click on Report Source and you will have two choices, Default and RCE.

Select your RCE report and subscribe who you want to receive it.

Now for the Deep Link URL in RCE, Right click on the tab of an open report, you have an open to select Deep Link, what this is is a direct URL link to that report. You can share this only with folks who have access to RCE and they will be able to make changes to it too. I use the Deep links in a Excel spreadsheet to update values.
