Is there a way to see if a field has been updated in the past X days?

Basically what the title says  - is there a way to see if a field has been updated in the past X amount of days?

For example, a report that shows all records who have had their lead status updated in the past 30 days?

Smart List on Data Value Changed.

Yea, you can use Data Value Changed filter in a Smart List and set Attribute to the field you want to look for data value changes on. You can then add Constraints as per your requirement.
