We are trying to decide if it works better to send an email from a generic company name or by a sales rep name. Trying to run a report to see if that has made a difference in our emails in the past. Any help would be great! Thanks.
If the email is from Sales Insight, you can do this with the Sales Insight Email Report.
Otherwise, not really. If you have RCE, you can check in the EA report, but I think it only shows subject.
