Is there a token to pull in the very last interseting moment? I'd like to put the last interesting moment in SFDC task notifications.

Here is an article with information on Tokens for interesting moments.  There is not one specifically for the last interesting moment.

Yes, you can do this. Any field can be a token, with a few exceptions.

{{lead.Last Interesting Moment}} or something like that.
