Is the 'View email online' link available to be shared?

I'm just wondering if you could help me with this query. 

We have an email campaign that goes to a certain cohort and also have a dedicated landing page for this cohort.

If not all of these recipients receive the email we'd like to post a summary of the newsletter and the URL from the 'View email online' on the page, so that they can read what was sent out. Is this possible for this to be on-shared or is it a specialized URL dependent on the email recipient?

the view online is dependent on the email recipient as personalisation, segmentation, velocity scripting etc etc can all change the way the email looks for each recipient.

Thanks @Jo_Pitts1 , so essentially it cannot be shared externally to those who haven't received the email?

It should not be shared unless you are sure the personalizations are acceptable to share. Obviously not something that’s true for all emails, but may be true of individual sends.
