Is it possible to automatically subscribe someone to an Interesting Moment type?

Before they receive one in their Lead Feed.

I'm using Salesforce.

You could set up an alert smart campaign...

Trigger: has interesting moment

Flow: send alert

This way you could manage it from Marketo instead of through SFDC.
