Can anyone let me know the reason, why its happening for the lead.

can you clarify what it is you're showing here?  is this a sync lead to sfdc activity? a page visit? a click link? provide some pretext please.

This is Sync lead to SFDC activity faild issue showing as "Faild : _createSObjects failed - Invalid Session ID found in SessionHeader: Illegal Session ".
