Dear Community Members,
This is an update relevant for customers using Marketo Sales Insight on MS Dynamics integration with Marketo, only those who are using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Online version.
Microsoft is retiring OData V2.0 by April 2023.
Marketo Sales Insight , V2.0.0.25 release onwards, is already compatible with OData v4.0. Therefore, if you are on Dynamics Online 365 and using Marketo Sales Insight V 2.0.0.24 or lower, then you would need to update to the latest version 2.0.0.27 before the planned date.
To update, follow the instructions as here - Please be sure to use “Stage for Upgrade” under Solution Action and Maintain Customizations (recommended) under Import.
