Hello,
I am trying to set up a drip campaign where the emails go out to a set group every 2-3 days. My first question - is a drip campaign the best way to accomplish this? Question two - Do I put all five emails in one stream, or do they each go in their own steam? If I don't set a weekly or monthly cadence on the stream, when will they send?
Any help on the drip programs and sending out a campaign with a set amount of emails tied to it would be greatly appreciated!

When you say that you want emails to go out "every 2-3 days" what's the criteria for that? Is there a set cadence that qualifies someone for this type of drip? Basically you would most likely want them all in one stream and to set a cadence (yes you need this) to be every 2 or every 3 days (you'll have to be a bit prescriptive here). After watching the video, let us know if you have more questions.
Hey JD,
The video was very helpful - I think that the engagement program is more complex than what we need to do - send a series of five emails all to the same audience. Thanks for the help!
Hi Liz,
Building out an Engagement Programs requires a good content strategy and content to work with. It is meant to help scale your engagement with the customers like adding future content into the streams.
In your case if you are only looking to send a series of 5 emails to your customers, you may want to leverage the send email + wait step in the campaign flow step.
Hope this helps
Floyd
I would still build these out as 5 separate programs so that proper attribution can be achieved for those emails where engagement takes place.
If you do not set the Cadence, nothing will happen.
It sounds like you are asking questions that would be answered here
