Hi All,
I'm downgrading our Triggers to overnight Batch runs when possible to improve the speed of our system. My question to everyone is, when looking at your Campaign Inspector, what is the best practice for the ideal number of Active Triggered Campaigns running daily at one time? Through experience and research, it seems like anything over 1000 will slow down the system, so what range below would be best practice?
Any help is appreciated!
Cheers,
Chris

Stay under 1000 total triggered campaigns + recurring batches. Beyond that, like Bekah says, the guidelines are fluid and depend on the specifics of the triggers and how often they actually fire, not that they are listening to fire.
Honestly, this depends on the size of your database and the number of people going through these Active Trigger Campaigns. If you are noticing a lag in processing time, then I would be concerned. But overall, it really does depending on a number of factors. I currently have 396 active trigger campaigns and don't worry about them too much.

Thanks @SanfordWhiteman and @bekahwalters1 - appreciate the insight!
