Hi!
I created a webinar event, successfully went through the invite, register, attend, and no show progressions and am now trying to send a follow up email. Program name "WB-2014.03.13 Test w/ Claire"
The issue is that no leads are populating in the follow up email step. I do however see that the program has had two successful attendees and two no shows.
This is what I have tried so far to no avail:
SMART LIST
Smart list --> program status changed
Smart list --> program status changed; constraint new status ">registered"
Smart list --> program status changed; constraint new status ">attended"
Smart list --> program status changed; constraint new status ">attended" and ">no show"
I also tried each of these with Member of List is "[Webinar event]", and the use any filters
FLOW STEP
Send email with constraint per if attended or did not attend.
Any tips?
