How to view top performing programs by date

We want to be able to view each month, which programs were generating names (both new names and total names). 

In the Setup for program performance reports, there's no date range. So you can only view program reports for all time. 

If you create a Lead Performance report, and group by Acquisition Program, you can view which programs were generating names for a specific time period. But it only shows net new. 

Landing page performance reports don't have smart lists, so you can't filter out necessary leads to get the data you want. 

Any suggestions?

Ari, can you explain why you couldn't use a landing page performance report? You can't filter out necessary leads to get the data you want. Are you saying that you have people participating in the pages that you don't want in reporting? At a primary level, if you're trying to easily find which programs generated or nurtured leads during a particular time period, I'd use LPPR.

Yes, I'm saying that some landing page performance report data is skewed by people inside of our company, or our agency filling out test forms.

Ya, this has been an issue for years. There needs to be an "ip blocking" fucntion like GA to strip certain users out of all results in analytics.

But I think when you look at the summation of the LP performances you'll see an average of testing built into all pages. Ya, it inflates the results, but it does it essentially the same for all pages, so it balances out. 

Do you not have RCE? I think this is easy to do in RCE. I assumed based on your naming of reports that you didn't have it so that's why I went LP. 🙂

If you have set a cost tag in your program, you can select the filter "Period cost" and set the dates on it: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/marketo/using/product-docs/core-marketo-concepts/programs/pr... 

But.. if your program has no cost tag, then this filter "Period cost" won't work. 

I have raised an idea about this issue. Go vote for it! 🙂
