As per title, how can one use {{program.Id}} inside a velocity token?

It's a secret... really, it is, because the old published method no longer works (post June 2019) and I don't feel like publicizing the workaround yet. You can contact me offline if you want, though I'm turning in for the night now so won't get to it until tomorrow.
