I am the admin. How do I submit a case?
Thanks for replying but when I hit "Submit a Case" it says I do not have permission and to contact the admin. I am the admin but I do not know how to fix this. Is there someplace to provide permission?
There's a difference between having an administrator role and being the admin of the instance. Your customer support rep should be able to help getting you the right permissions if you have their contact information
