How to spread a brand message without impacting planned campaigns?

Hi,

We have just released a new baseline and would like to communicate around it with a series of 3 short messages.
As most of our global and local campaigns are already scheduled, we have decided not to send a campaign focused on those specific messages. Instead, we have voted for having one of the messages at a time displayed as a visual just outside the "mailing frame".

One of our concerns is that this may dilute the inital message (e.g. webinar promotion). Do you confirm? Or impact is mininum?

To minimize the risks, we have thought that we could:
a) send a reminder to anybody who clicks in email to open brand message and not the initial CTA
b) add at the end of the brand message landing page a button that leads back to the initial CTA

Thoughts? How would you proceed?

Can you tell us more about what this brand message is?

I don't have any issues with something like this in a second column that is unobstrusive. But A or B would be very confusing to people and dilute your message.

Re: How to spread a brand message without impacting planned campaigns?

our brand message will be a series of 3 distinct business cases and how we can help solve them. We will have a visual + catch phrase and details on a landing page (no lead gen).

just to make it clear,
A= we send an email with webinar invitation + brand message and if lead only clicks on brand message, we resend a couple of days later the webinar invitation w/o brand message

B= if leads clicks on brand message, they end up on landing page with details about brand message and at the bottom, they have a button to go back to webinar registration form

So do you confirm that those options are not good and that we should just have emailings+ brand message on the side?
