How to make forms dynamic on a dynamic landing page?

Hi!

I have applied dynamic content on our guided landing page - segmented by language BUT how can I actually make the form that is used there dynamic as well? I thought about cloning the default EN form and create its language versions but I don't see a way to specify it while editing the LP. On the other hand I don't see a way to segment the form by language... 

Any advice please?
