Can anyone share some insights on how do we identify the bounce reasons for the Hard and soft bounces in Marketo? I believe there is no insight report that shows bounces and their logs explicitly like how it is in other ESP's. As we are seeing too many soft and hard bounces recently we would like to know the reasons to work on our deliverability.
Any help is much appreciated.

It really brings all the relevant information to the surface and makes it actionable.
In the past, I was able to file a support case to Marketo to receive a deliverability report. I think they can only do this once in 3 months but I suggest you request the report to Marketo through filing a case.
