Hi all,
the support page tells me that it was moved to the Admin Console. But the Marketo instance that I need to file a case for has not been moved there yet. What am I supposed to do?

Thank you, @gallyarticola - good idea. And Marketo Support kindly handled my request even though it was posted from a different instance.
I wonder how many instances were moved to the Console. I have access to 8 and 6 of them were not. Which means, I can't file support cases for them.
