How to create a program from a web form?

My agency set up a new lead gen page with a form.  They set the encryption code correctly and the api is working.

What I need to figure out - how do the leads get into marketo?  Also, these leads need to be their own campaign, what rule do I need to write to classify them.  Before I would write something like - fills out form, but they created their own form.  Not sure what to do here.

Lead is Created by Web API is probably what you need.

Sometimes it is useful to pass in a value in a custom field to tell the system where they came from specifically- assuming you have multiple places where the API feeds in.

I thinnk i may have figured it out.  If I place marketo cookies on the page i can run a campaign for people who have been on that page.  Does sound like it will work?
