How to create a personalized landing page in Marketo?

need to add a tag like {Company Name} -so someone from xyz company visits he sees xyz in content and if someone from ABC  company visits they see abc there.......

Most commonly used ways to make a landing page personalized and dynamic is by using Marketo Segmentations and Dynamic Snippets. You may refer this community blog post that explains how to create and use the dynamic snippets in a Marketo LP in detail. You would mostly not need this per your use case but just fyr, there's also an option to serve the dynamic content for the Anonymous leads by specifying their segment in the URL by adding the apt query parameter "?company=abc", where "company" is the exact name of the segmentation and "abc" the segment name.

Agreed! Using person and company tokens, and dynamic content for industry or other segmentation personalization is the way to go.
