How long to get a registration into webex?

I know that it takes upto 2 days for attendees status to be poipulated in marketo after a webex webcast, but how long does it take before you can see registrations through marketo in webex?
I thought that was pretty quick, but it has been a couple of hrs and I still do not see any of my test registrations in webex.

Hi-
You should see the registrations pretty quickly - mine would show up in matter of minutes.  
Are you seeing the registrations in Webex, but not in Marketo?  Also, are you sending registration confirmation emails out of Marketo and did you receive those?

Couple of things to check off before you start registering leads

1) Is the event synced with the WebEx event
2) Do you have the "Change Program Status" flow in the smart campaign
3) Check the members tab to see if the lead has a "Registration Error"

I got it to work.  The issue was that I did not have the flow activated that changed the status to registered.  I did not think that webex would be depandant on that, but it obviously is.  The process much be:

1. Fill out form
2. Click register on form
3. Update status in marketo to registered
4. Send data to webex

Skip#3 and it will not work.

Once I did that, the items were in webex in 5 min max.

Glad to know it's working now.  Note: I did not have to do this in order to see my registrations....I did have campaign to fire off a confirm email once the registration was received by webex.
