We sent an email as part of a flow step after a 2 day wait period. The email dropped and within minutes, all of the leads had the EXACT same activity - same clicks, all around the same time, same web page visits, etc. All different companies. How is this even possible? Is there an issue with Marketo? I have been doing this for 10 years and have never seen this happen.
Thank you
Alisa

Alisa,
It is quite possible all 17 leads were in fact "clicking" and "visiting the web pages" on behalf of a link scanner. More info: Email was clicked before it was delivered? It's a link scanner

Agree with Devraj, we have noticed in the past that some orgs have these scanners that basically click all of the links in an email BEFORE it's delivered to the recipients mailbox to make sure it's not malicious. Although a nice bit of kit it can prove pesky when it comes to tracking. We used to have click link in email as a trigger to update to a program success, but after noticing this we've amended so that a (pre-filled) form conversion. Not sure if thats something you're doing but if so gives you something to think about.
Hope that helps.

You mean a hidden form post? That won't work on a non-Marketo LP, though.
