How download a suppression list of partners and competitors?

I am looking to download a suppression list of partners and competitors. We already have a separate partners and competitors suppression list build but when I try to dowload it I have the following system level error:

Have you got any idea how to fix that or any alternative solution to download a suppression list of partners and competitors?

Hi Alexis,

Please submit a Support Ticket with that screenshot.  You shouldn't be receiving that when trying to export a list.
