Using a smart campaign you are able to set the flow to send email, wait 5 hours, then send email to all soft bounces. This does not seem to be an option using the new email program as there is no Flow that I can see. How do you set the new email program to send email to all soft bounces?
the purpose of the email program is to just send an email. However, you can add a smart campaign as a child to the email program and accomplish your goal.
