How do you manage A/B design testing for emails?

I've seen references to A/B design testing for landing page but have not seen anything related to A/B design testing for emails in a program. Does this functionality exist?  If so, can anyone provide insight on how to set it up?

• Champion/Challenger - triggered and Engagements only: Email Tests - Champion/Challenger - Marketo Docs - Product Docs
