If you have set it up correctly, that will be the last campaign info or last action. You can also use a campaign to set Program Name to Last Campaign Response (custom field).
If you synced SFDC Campaigns, they can also look at that.
Scores should also be visible to them in Sales Insight.
Frankly they should worry more about the entire history than the last response.
