Wonder how do Program settings affect a program. Saying, how would the programs below different regarding Lead Management or the campaigns' behavior, etc?

Tags other than the Channel do not affect Program or Campaign behavior. Channel is, of course, critical to managing Program Status. The Costs areas should be self-explanatory if you read the docs.
