How do I get the list of people who reached a particular score in a program

Hello,

We are going to run a nurture campaign in Marketo. To just test it out, we ran a dummy nurture campaign first. Everything else worked fine but we wanted to get the list of people who reached a score of 39 and above.
So, we created a smart list :
Member of Program : True & the Program is - We put the name of the program here.
And Score was changed, Score name is : Behaviour Score & Change is : +39.

But this smart list is not getting us any result.

We think it's a meaningful smart list and it should work.

How about:

Member of Program: ______
Member of Campaign: ______ (campaign that scored the lead)
Behavior Score: is greater than 39

Score was changed means that the score was literally changed +39. I'm assuming that's not the case, but if you had someone who earned 39 more behavior score, that should show up. However, if the campaign actually added 38 behavior score and the end result was 50, the smart list wouldn't include this person.

Thanks for the reply.

Yes, by Score was changed, I mean that the person earned 39 more behaviour score. But somehow, the smart list does not' give me any result. But when I check the members individually, there are people who earned more than 39 behaviour score ( because it's a dummy nurture campaign ).

Hi Swati,

I ran into this problem with the Score was Changed trigger. I wanted to know when a score increased by 100 points so I could send sales an alert, but the trigger wouldn't work. The problem seemed to be that other scores would kick off before the trigger was processed.  Opened a ticket with support, but we weren't able to resolve. The data value changes field can be used, but it can only detect when a score reaches a threshold vs increases by a certain number of points.    It doesn't seem like that is what you are trrying to measure.

In the end, I used a different trigger altogether that ran parallel with the score change.  

If you happen to get this score was changed trigger to work, I would be very interested in learning how.

One workaround: when you change the score, also change a field value (such as lead status) or the status within the program. These should be easier to monitor.
