How do I get control over the style and placement of the opt-out link in my emails?

How can I tell Marketo to not insert the default opt-out text and unsubscribe link in an email so I can create and style the text myself in the html?

Thanks Adam and Josh. This appears to be all or nothing, right? Is it possible to remove the default unsubscribe message just for certain emails, not every one in your Marketo instance?
