We've seen various formats come through for our Google AdWords leads. We use the following flow steps to appropriately assign Google Organic vs. Google AdWords:
Choice 1: Original Referrer CONTAINS "adwords,googleads,gclid="
Change Lead Source to "Google AdWords
Choice 2: Original Referrer CONTAINS "Google"
Change Lead Source to "Google Organic"
Since the first choice is the only one that applies, all the non-paid links are assumed to be organic.
