I am trying to understand how the communication limits work in regards to engagement programs.
If a lead has reached their communication limits for the day/week before our cast goes out, I understand they will be skipped. On the next cast will that lead receive email 1 or will they have moved to email 2? (assuming all content is new and these leads have never received these emails before)
Also, is there a report I can pull after the email has launched to show how many leads did not receive the email due to communication limits?
In my email performance report, I assume the 'Sent' number will not include the leads who had reached their communication limits...
Sorry for all the questions, its a difficult one to get my head around.
