How can I randomly assign a Lead to a different Sales Rep

I'm looking to assign each lead from a landing page to a different sales rep. Any idea on how to do that? I tried using Add Choice: If ... but for that I used a field called Sales Rep. I want to get rid of that field and just assign it randomly, one to each of two sales reps.
Makes sense? I guess that would be also a matter of sending them to a queue on Salesforce. But then again, it's not being assigned to a different person each time.

You could use the Randome Sample filter in Marketo. that would give you a percentage of the leads assigned to whomever you would like.

But I would talk to your Salesforce admin and make sure they dont have a randomized asignment Workflow that it would mess up;

The other way, which isn't so random, is to use the Round Robin ID. If you do

Sync Lead to SFDC with choices, you can type in "round" and see this come up. Then just assign each User to an ID#.

Not sure why you mentioned the Queue, the process is the same if you are dividing up the leads equally.
