How can I pull Accounts that have a specific Asset?

I need to create a new Smart List where the Accounts have already purchased a specific product....I am not seeing that anywhere.

You would need to have that on an Account field or pull leads by

Company Name=
Has Opp = X, Product = Y

this assumes the product info is on yoru Opp. If it is part of a different object, you'll need to sync that Object over.
