We are trying to implement BriteVerify on our website and landing pages utilizing Marketo forms for email verification. We are unable to get this to work via API. At first BriteVerify (listed as a Marketo partner) told us we could add code directly to Marketo forms, but this doesn’t appear to be possible. The only coding you can add/customize appears to be CCS. We are getting nowhere with their custom support or our point of contact. The only documentation they keep providing is linked below.
Since we’re unable to input the coding directly on the form, we tried adding it to a landing page template without success. We also are not sure where to implement the code on our website (wordpress). Does anyone have any experience setting up a successful connection with BriteVerify and Marketo? If so, do you have any tips or info you think would help us with our set up? We are smaller organization and don’t have an in-house developer that has worked with API calls before, but those of us who work with Marketo have always been able to successfully complete API set ups with 3rd parties without developer help. This is our first experience where we can’t figure this out with the provided documentation. The only documentation they have given us is about setting up a web hook, but we would prefer an API. They do provide the code for API but no documentation to help with the setup.
There was a prior post from 2016 but we didn’t find this helpful for our situation and the links to the docs in that post are now dead.
