I recently hosted a webinar to try out GoToWebinar, and most of all, check the status update after the webinar (which is important for me). However, the status hasn't updated, and when I tried to refresh GTW using the "Refresh from Webinar Provider" button, it doesn't work and I've got an error message (see attached).
Has anyone else experienced this?

It is probably because the LaunchPoint service has been logged out of GTW - I have experienced this quite a few times.
Try to go to Admin / LaunchPoint. Then double click on the GTW service and log in again. Once the connection is established again you can try refreshing via the event program again.
