GoToWebinar Integration Sync

We have had the GoToWebinar Sync working for several months now but on a webinar last night it seems like the sync happened about 45 minutes into the hour long webinar. There were a large number of people that were on the webinar and were marked as no shows and only a portion of the people attending were marked properly.

Just curious if anyone has seen this issue recently or in the past? Not sure what happened.

Was there any sort of disconnect during the webinar (temp shutoff?) or other hiccup?

You could log a ticket with both vendors to see if anything popped up. Maybe you can try to resync?

Hi Steve,

Using the Refresh From Webinar Provider option under the Event Actions menu in your webinar should update the attendance, and if it's correct on the GTW side, then it'll pull over to Marketo.  The only issue you want to watch out for is that Leads can't move backward in the progression of your program, so you'll need to make sure that No Show is not beyond Attended in the progression.  You can see this in Admin > Tags > (Channel Name).

For instance you may see something like this.

Leads in this progression can move from No Show to Attended with no problem, but not to any status less than 50.

Ahh, thank you guys. Did not know about the "Refresh" button, good to know!

I did end up logging directly into G2W and saw two webinars so I am sure that was the issue but the organizer didn't report any issues.
