Hi everyone, the recently started doing google ads which the CTA leads to our website. In our program, we are unable to track to UTM Medium, Source and campaign. Is this a marketo issue or a google analytic issue.
Need much, much more information to answer.
Are you adding hidden fields to your forms that correspond to the UTM params?
Do the links from the ads indeed have your UTM params when they arrive at your site?
What do you mean by "unable to track" -- what are you looking at?
1. Yes are have hidden fields
2. Yes, the UTM is on the site when we arrive
More context, the CTA link is to the homepage of our website. We are trying to track when someone goes to the "Demo Request" page. This is on a different page so they'd have to click again.

Then you need a UTM persistence library that stores the original UTMs in cookies. Marketo does not do this out of the box.
