We are having a problem with email deliverability. All emails addressed to gmail accounts go into the spam folder. If we send emails outside of Marketo (from Salesforce, Gmail, Mailchimp. etc.) they are delivered to the inbox successfully. But if we send through Marketo they go directly to spam. We've implemented all best practices for email delivery, but we haven't been able to fix this problem in marketo. Anyone with thoughts, opinions and experience?

How, specifically, are you verifying that your emails are properly DKIM-signed and DMARC-aligned?
Do you have Marketo's branded envelope sender add-on, and if so, is your SPF record broken or intact?
What's your actual From: domain and, if branded, your envelope sender domain?
SPF, DKIM and DMARC are all set-up properly and compliant. We have a third party tool called https://sendmarc.co.za/. I have not heard of Marketo's branded envelope sender add-on, so will assume that we don't. The from domain and envelope domain is our domain. We moved to a dedicate IP to fix this problem and not seeing any improvement yet. Thanks for your help Sandford.
