Futher latency with sjl pod?!?!

I understand the latency and outages earlier this week and last week with SJ pods.

Is anyone else still experiencing serious latency with SJ pods today?

I am having 5+ minute timings on approvals/updates/etc.

This is a question for support. I've gotten dozens of Pod outages over the past 2 weeks.
