Further descriptions for form hidden fields

I'm working with our in-house team to create a "dictionary" for form fields involved in landing pages. I found this article with descriptions for most of them but there was no follow up for the rest. Anyone have any idea what the following form properties are used for?

• kw
• cr
• _mkt_disp

I think:

• kw = Keyword (keywords used from a search/referer)
• cr = Not sure
• _mkt_disp = Munchkin Description
