Is there a way to disqualify form data if the data language is is not the primary language of the target audience?
Can you elaborate?
Our highest-value leads typically come from website form submissions, so we assign this lead source a high lead score to ensure it gets prioritized in our Sales CRM. However, we occasionally receive form submissions from users outside our target audience, such as those using a language that doesn’t align with our target region. How can I prevent these untargeted languages—often associated with incorrect regions—from being sent to our Sales CRM via Marketo?
Do you collect country in your form? if not how do you determine the region for your taget audience ?
@Chanel2702 Are you viewing these submissions as spam/junk or is it purely that the language being used is from a lead that you don't want in your CRM purely because it's regionally inaccurate?
As @Miray noted, are you asking for country information on your forms? Or are you using Inferred Country?
Depending on what your intent is with these submissions, you could potentially use the Country field as a way to exclude those submissions from your Marketo program and subsequent sync to your Sales CRM.
Hi @Chanel2702 ,
In continuation to @michellechopin @Miray , you can also use an additional field on Region/Country & set it to have pre defined values matching to your targeted region.
You can then track this field & create a list of leads from non targeted region & restrict this lead from syncing it to CRM.
Hope this helps 😊
