Am I able to add additional fields to the pop-down that appears? I want to be able to capture more than just name and email.
No..
But you can recreate the process yourself with your own landing page, form, and smart campaign.
I'd go with "Yes," unlike Nicholas, but it's tricky. Need to blog it up one of these days.
But bear in mind that the first and only email the referral ("friend") will get is the current one, until you can get them to Opt-In on their own. So if you don't think that email will result in conversion, you might be better off constructing your own workflow (LP/referral form/email) which is better suited to getting them on board.
Hi @SanfordWhiteman, did you create any blog regarding the same? I was just working on this functionality but did not find anything.

Sorry for the delay. Never got to post about this one.
Nowadays I would steer them to a full LP (where of course you have full control over look/feel), then upon form submission trigger the F2F endpoint via webhook. If there’s a blog post, it’ll be about that instead.
Hi @SanfordWhiteman, I have a request where I have to add multiple fields in F2F form. So right now, i think it is not possible with current scenario.
Is the ask truly that you add fields to the F2F form, or is that you add fields to a form that creates a new Person in Marketo with those fields and them the relevant email?
Think in terms of business needs, not specific technology.
Hi @SanfordWhiteman, Ask is to add message field on form and then that message will render in recipient inbox.
have you done any analysis to look at how often the F2F feature is used? In my (and I think most MOPs people's) experience, it almost never gets used. Before investing effort, check the ROI!
Cheers
Jo
Hi @Jo_Pitts1, as per my experience, I have used this feature atmost 6-8 times. But my client requested the same so I asked if there is any customization.
