Form Field Fill Rates

I am doing an audit of our forms for consolidation. I am trying to figure out how specific fields are performing and would love to know if there is a way to do that in Marketo.

Basically I want to know how many times a field has been filled out on a form.

Incredibly easy with an API pull of the Activity Log. That's the (only) way.
